Hypothyroidism
I have TSH 6.51 detected. Should i start with thyronorm 25 or 50 ? One doctor suggested correction with diet & workout only. One has direvtly prescribed 50mcg. Please help

Any family history of Hypothyroidism? Any symptoms like weight gain?? Irregular cycles?? Reduced hunger? Hair loss , easy fatigueness?? Follow healthy life style modifications. Repeat TFT after 3 months. Then decide for treatment. TPO antibody test also guides.

No need to take medicines now if you do not have any symptoms of hypothyroidism. Diet and physical activity is correct advice.
