Severe upper back shoulder chest pain
27f iam suffering from severe upper back middle back chest shoulder pain from almost aug the symptoms are increasing day by day all doctors are telling its muscle pain and giving me muscle relaxant even then it is not curing .I am having shortness of breath feverish symptoms but no temp is it due to cancer or anything?plz reply iam very much worried due to this .in aug hrct chest it is showing bilateral minimal plueral effusion and infective etiology corads 2.cbp crp lft lipid vit b12 all are normal esr is 28 vit d3 15 taking vit d3 supplements.plz plz reply iam having severe pain as if I will die .

Get C T Cervical spine done.It might give clue to etiology of pain.
