Trapped gas in chest and upper back left
Since two days , gas has been trapped on my chest and upper back left side , heaviness on chest ... Taking pantoprazole 40mg to reduce the gas since 2 days .. But the heaviness in chest is not clearing out. Please advise some medicine now, immediately I'll have one. Today: Already took pantoprazole 40mg at 8.30 am Had breakfast at 9.30 am Now please suggest something ...

It is not the gas which is trapped. Please get your heart and lung evaluation done. Problems with the heart or lungs can also cause heaviness in the chest.

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering m some infection and inflammation like heaviness in chest . You should take treatment on the basis of current history take treatment as follow as Capsule-Pantop Dsr 1 time per day for 3 day and Tablet Ecoasprin 75 mg 1 time per day for 3 day and Syp Aristozyme 5 ml 2 time per day for 3 day after food and Multivitamin A to Z Gold Capsule 2 time per day for 3 day after food for strength and immunity.
