Gastritis can lead to bloating and discomfort. The gas can pass in the form of burp or flatus. 1) Take PANTOP 40mg on empty stomach for 5 days.
Health Tips
1) Avoid spicy/oily/processed food. 2) Avoid tea/coffee/ caffeinated beverages. 3) Take meals at regular intervals, do not skip meals. 4) Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday. 5) Have dinner 2-3 hours before sleeping.
