  4. Nose block, body pains. Some medicine!

Nose block, body pains
I'm facing problem of nose block and running water from nose. And body pinas from 3days .. sensation like fever but temperature was normal . I'm using dolo and okaset tablet but no use .. pls suggest some medicine
