Hi i'm measuring my blood pressure from last 10 days and i've noticed my blood pressure stays around 130/90 and sometimes 130/88. I was having white coat syndrome which ive overcome now. Ive noticed my diastolic bp is mostly around 90. What are some natural ways to lower it. Thanks in advance.

I am having migraine and currently  taking amitriptyline 10 mg and propronolol 20 mg once a day  for 3 months.My Bp was showing as 160/80 and 140/80 mmHg during last dr visit. I didn't had BP Before. Been advised to monitor Bp at home for a month. what is best time to take bp at home. Prior or post taking medicines we need to monitor Bp? Please advise.
