If a person had dog saliva on their clothes or skin from a dog barking about 1 minute earlier, and that saliva somehow got transferred from that person into my eyes or a cut on my face, would this be considered an exposure?

I've had a fever since last month. As long as the medicine is being taken, there is no fever, and as soon as the medicine is over, the fever starts coming again. I have no other symptoms except fever — no weight loss, no cold, or cough. My X-ray is clear. That’s why the doctor suggested a CT scan, CT scan report: MULTIPLE ENLARGED PERIPHERALLY ENHANCING LYMPH NODES NOTED IN MEDIASTINAL, RIGHT PARATRACHEAL, PRECARINAL, SUBCARINAL AND RIGHT PERIHILAR REGIONS — MEDIASTINAL & RIGHT HILAR LYMPHADENOPATHY, KINDLY TO RULE OUT POSSIBILITY OF KOCH'S. Then the Mantoux test, Induration was 22 mm. The doctor gave me medicine — tablets of HRZE fixed-dose combination, each one contains : [Rifampicin 150mg + Isoniazid 75mg + Pyrazinamide 400mg + Ethambutol 275mg] — and told me to take 4 tablets at once, at any time in a day. Could you please confirm whether this is active TB or latent TB, and if the treatment given is correct for my condition?

Hello Doctor, I recently got my lipid profile test done. My triglycerides are 272 mg/dL, total cholesterol is 238 mg/dL, LDL is 150 mg/dL, and HDL is 33.5 mg/dL. I had previous 2 doses on upper arm. Since i was travelling today I had to get my 3rd dose in a local clinic. He administered it in lower arm soft portion in tilted manner. I did not feel any pain unlike the 2 doses I had. Now I'm worried if he administered it properly or should I go to a proper hospital and get another dose?

My folic acid, iron, vitamin D and vitamin B12 are low. I need reliable medicine. I have weakness, tiredness, irritability, etc.

Hi, my ferritin levels are 19 ng/ml. Vitamin D levels are 22 ng/ml. Do I need to take supplements or do I need any other treatment? Thanks in advance.
