Flu

Yesterday I went out for sometime and the weather was too hot. Although I didn't felt anything at that time but from yesterday afternoon i was having burning and lump type pain in my throat and headache and also mild fever. I took paracetamol calpop 500mg and cefkem 200 in evening. And then montek LC at night after consulting a doctor in my family. But then I get high fever (102.3) in morning today. Then after light breakfast I took paracetamol again and Monocef 200, but my temperature raised to 103.6 afrer sometime and then after taking a meal it came down to 101.7 , and headache continued in low and high intensity, then I again took half tab of paracetamol , and Zathrin 250 after lunch. But my temperature is still high and headache is persistent. What should I do ? Please advise.

I have left chest pain since one year.. All test nrml like ecg, echo, tmt.. Sugar, lipid, thyroid, ultra sound abdominal, urine test, creatine all normal but still left chest pain daily some times less in right side suddenly pain comes I have high blood pressure I have go for hospital very anxiety... Hello Doctors, I am bit worried. As a part of office health check I got my cbc a month back and my platelet was 150000, sgpt 48. I repeated it 2 days back and platelet is 125000, sgpt 50. Followed with US for abdomen for liver test and everything is normal. Got PT/INR done and it's normal. HBA1C, Thyroid & lipid is normal. CBC normal, ESR normal. There was a 7.5% of ectopic beats(APCs) in ecg & 24 hr holter last month so taking concur 2.5 mg from 3 weeks. No other medication and no other symptoms. My question and worry is about platelet. Why it is on a declining trend. Historically, my platelets has always been in the normal range. I.e above 2.5lac always. Do I need any more evaluations here? I do not drink, do not smoke. Height 6', weight 62kg. Had mild covid in January this year.

I am having weird forehead sensation. It is like when you bring a pen/pencil near to your forehead. It only happens when I am sitting idle. ( I feel it mostly on weekends when I am just resting ) If I am busy or focussed it wont happen. What should i do ?

Doctor i am previously vaccinated with 4 dose intradermal rabies vaccination schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 Last 4th dose was taken on 25th February 2022 and again i took Tetanus and 3 rabies vaccine Day 0 7 28 intradermal Last dose was taken on 24th April 2022 but today on 11th June 2022 a street dog scratch me with nails No wound just skin redness and drop like blood comes out so Day 0 and Day 3 intramuscular rabies vaccine required ?

I am previously vaccinated with 4 dose intradermal Rabies vaccine 7 months Ago and due to recent dog nail scratch i m taking 2 booster dose and medical shop owner given injection one Full 0.5 ml vial of Vaccine in one site deltoid muscle in the upper arm. So the Vaccine given correctly or Not ?

While taking lunch in a Restaurant  I have seen that a white colour dried spot was on the table mat from where my wife has picked the spoon and eaten lunch with that spoon . Does this incident can spread rabies infection?
