My tsh is 24.04 and i m taking thyronorm 100 mg. What should i do? I am having pain in the upper body and morning sickness. I am a breastfeeding mother of 1.3 years old baby

How long have you been taking Thyronorm? If it is more than two months then you should get TSH done again.
Pain in the upper abdomen is not related to this problem.
You are a breastfeeding mother. You can conceive also during the lactation period even if you don't get periods.
