Fever and muscle pain
I started getting muscle pain which feels like burning sensation on my back from neck to back of my waist including shoulders. Then from today i have fever around 99.6-99.7. apart from this no other symptoms. My RAT is negative. What could be reason for my fever? Please suggest

Oral temperature 100° f or more is considered fever. Take rest, you will be alright.
