Head twist ,left-hand muscle pain
Morethan 12years before I am suffering from blood pressure .right from that period I was having many tablets and before 3-4years one of the tablet named AMLO AT WAS stoped in the market .At that time doctor suggested me for having Amlodipin (AMLO press5)but recently my blood pressure was varieing and now recently on last week IsMy blood pressure was 160/90.and doctor suggested to have 1 amlodipin at the morning and 1 at night and 1 loser 25at night but now my head is twisting left hand pain.

Don't depend upon medicine only
Do following..
Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily with relaxed mind daily
Do yogasanas and pranayam daily
Do meditation regularly
Take methi dana 1tsf soaked in water overnight, drink this water and Chew these methi dana in the morning on empty stomach
Put some cow ghee drops in both nostrils regularly at night
Reduce the dose of hypertension medicine to half, for few days, then stop
Measure your blood pressure regularly
