Hi
I am a regular gymmer and couple of days back after heavy workout I have felt that my torso has twisted towards left side. Infact the upper body has slightly tilted towards and I am feeling cramp in the upper thighs, lower back and glute on the right side of the structure.
Initially I had thought this to be a regular cramp but even after 48 hrs there seems to be no remedy.
Although there is no pain in the spine, I am feeling loss of muscle strength even in the forearms of both the hands.
Pls advise what can be the possible cause and the solutions
