I'm a 22 year old women, I feel sudden and sharp pain in my chest that comes and goes within 5 minutes. Why does this happen? Also currently I feel heartburn too at times.

Why can't I breathe effectively through my left nostril, if I pay attention to it only then I can breathe through my left nostril? Is this serious?

Hello Dr. Since the last 2 years, I've been facing dizziness and blackout. Everytime I go out, and if the weather is hot & humid or if the place is crowded, I start panicking and instantly my head starts spinning & I face blackout and I faint. I start sweating too profusely. I got all my tests done everything is normal. And this fainting & dizziness is taking a toll on my mental health. It happens only if the weather is hot & humid. Why does this happen. Please guide me.

So a stray cat that I feed scratched me two days back. The scratches were bleeding and today there was some puss as well. Do I need a tetanus or anti rabies shot? And if yes, then I'm already two days late plus it's a Sunday today, so basically 3 days late. Is it a problem?

Getting pain on left heel while walking & getting up after seating. It is happening from last one month.

Since childhood I have running nose problem. ENT doctor said I have running nose allergy. And prescribed alaspan tablet. Post covid pulmonologist suggested IGE test for breathing problem. IGE report came high Pulmonologist doctor said I have allergy because of that I am facing breathing problem. But before covid I never had breathing problem. I just want to know. IGE test is specific for breathing allergy Or for all allergy? IGE test for all allergy? Or IGE report is positive for maybe running nose?

Hi Dr, I am 33 yrs old and a mother of a toddler. What I want to know is that, is it advisable to start taking calcium tabs at this age? What is the right time to start calcium tabs to maintain bone health or when should women start taking calcium on regular basis ?

My mother had pain yesterday in her right shoulder. And the pain radiated till jaws. She also had little breathless issue that time. It went for around half an hour. She was calmed down by giving water mixed with black salt. Can someone help with the specialist whom I need to refer for her condition? Any suggestions on this. Help will be much appreciated.

I am a social worker and during a recent visit (3 days ago) to a village, I was exposed to chickenpox because a lot of people there had it. I had the vaccine as a child and have never had chickenpox. Am I at risk? Should I get a booster shot to prevent getting the infection?
