Flu

Hi , i am a 24 yr old , i do physical activity regularly . Two days back, i was in police training camp and that day at 2pm ( 38°c temperature) i was quite senseless and fainting about 1 hour after 2 km massive running. I was unable to speak and could not open my eyes for sometimes . Now i have an issue , i feel little pressure or pain in left side of forehead above my left eye  when i look down my eyes . I had no medical history such issue before. What 's do next or treatment procedure??

I have been prescribed thyronorm 12.5 mcg for 5 days in a week and 25 mcg on Saturday and Sunday every week. I am checking thyroid profile - free every 4 weeks. My question is - Is it okay to take 2 different doses of thyronorm in a week i.e. higher dose only for 2 days per week? Will this not cause fluctuations in thyroid hormone levels? Kindly advice as I am concerned.

I have slight swelling in tongue and I have been to e doctors. One said macroglossia and other one said it's glossitis not macroglossia. What is the difference between the two conditions glossitis and macroglossia?

I dont know what had happened to mind...i m not feeling confident...not feeling happy...always worried ...no relaxation...feeling afraid while going outside...it feels like i m not using my mind...lost interest in any work...

I am suffering with fissure from more than one year recently 2days back i went to check up for severe pain in anus doctor checked and told you had fistula but there is no hole outside and near the anus.can you tell me  is fistula happened inside The anus also? My symptoms are pain while going to poop and also wetness around the anus.is fistula cause wetness and moisture near the anus?

I had tsh level of 397 and was diagnosed with hypothyroidism for which i am on levothyroxine. Then i got swelling in my joints and have mild pain and swelling in my hand joints every season change. I also have high uric acid. I have been referred to a rheumatologist. What can this be? Can it be rheumatoid arthritis or gout?

Doctor i am previously vaccinated with 4 dose intradermal Anti Rabies vaccine Day 0 3 7 28 and due to recent dog nail scratch i took 2 intradermal booster dose Day 0 and Day 3 on 3rd April 2022 along with tetanus injection but today on 8th April a street cat scratch me with nails with minor drop like blood comes out no wound so should i have to take 2 Booster Dose ?

Result of test indicated the following HDL colestrol Direct 37 against 40-60 Creatinine serum 1.18 against 0.6-1.1 eGFR 61 against >90 Red cell distribution width 46.8 against 39-46 Plateletcrit 0.16 against 0.19-0.39. Are these indication any cause of worry do I need to take any treatment for it.
