One day I got sore throat later fever with102 after using medicines normally but by cold from nose  musus in blood with mixed  is it serious or not can u tell me anyone?

I am 31 years and my LDL CHOLESTEROL is around 128.6 mg/dl and HDL CHOLESTEROL is 45.9 mg/dl. How can I reduce my LDL and is it something serious??

Hi 28f.was suffering from 39 C fever since yesterday with lot of shivering and severe headache....kept room heater very close to head since yesterday for some time and today for some time like yesterday 2 hours today 2 hours.Will it cause any problem ?it was very close one hand distance
