I m having Vibrations in whole body muscles while moving them , vibration feels internally and it is like a wave . whenever I bend down,I feel  a wave like vibration in my back and similarly these vibration come in every muscles of my body , whether neck , shoulder,arm ,legs etc..And I am also having pain in my neck ,back  .Can u please help me with my problem .Now it's almost 2.5 years i m facing this problem.pls help me with this

I got fever few days ago and I took dolo for 3 days. It subsided eventually. I haven't had proper food on those 3 days. From the fourth day I see lot of fatigue so I started eating properly but still lot of fatigue is there. When I stand I feel breathlessness, when I sit or lie down I feel okay but when I stand I feel short of breath and blurry eyes sometimes. Please suggest.

Hello doctor. My hemoglobin has been trending downwards for last 2.5 years now (in Jan 2020 it was 16.5) now it is 14.3 (june 2022). Is there a cause of concern and what tests shd i do to remove doubts. I have no other medical condition except occassion anxiety. My b12 and vit d usually is on the lower side for which i usually take medicine..but iron is normal. Thanks
