Doctor i have pet cat how is vaccinted with rabies vaccine on 12th February 2022 and 20 Days Ago cat scratch my niece with nails cat is alive and completely fine normal so cat is Rabies infected or not ?

Hello doctor Vit D level is 10ng/ml Can I take Inj. Arachitol 6 lac 1 dose Followed by T. Homo 16 D once daily for 3 months and T. Nova D3 K2 60000 IU once a week for 8 weeks? Is this dose ok?

28 f.has been prescribed naproxyn for head ache .Took one 500 mg dose at 4.30 Am next 500 mg at 11 pm. Due to fasting hours next day took 500 mg at 4.45 Am .Am I at any overdose?as I have seen the dosage should be taken one in 12 hours but I took the 3 dose within 5 hours gap .Is it harmful will it cause any kidneys damage etc .plz reply thank you

My father age 80 year was quite healthy doing all his activities own his own and working in fields as well last year he experience some pain in left leg we did all test X Ray,MRI consult ortho nothing was diagnosed also his leg got swelling difficult to walk without stick .Later he experience some urine issues which also got checked thru and nothing notice .Now his second leg also getting swelling. Can you advice what would be issues which physician I need to take him.

My son had cold and fever around 102F since last week Tuesday evening...we gave him paracetamol syrup 5 ml for every 4 hours but temprature didn't go down below 100 then we consulted a pediatrician on last Thursday and he gave him meftalp and levocetrizin and amoxycillin and potassium clavulanate antibiotic...I gave him meftalp two doses and fever was reduced and gave him antibiotic for 3 days...since from Sunday evening he is not given any medication...and no symptoms of cold and fever also till today afternoon...but frm today evening again he is having fever around 101.5 F in armpit...I also have given his blood samples for CRP and CBp today...what could be the reason for his fever .

I am facing too much of weakness in my body at the evening times.Three months back Doctor advised good we exercise because of lo HDL-38 and High LDL-120. So daily i walked 7000steps per day. And now I am feeling too much of weakness. Yesterday again blood test given. PCV is 46.8 MCV is 79.33 RBC count 5.901 And Hb A1C is 6.7( three months back 6.6) Fast blood sugar 106. In 2020 I was affected by covid. I heard that covid affected people are getting sugar and it is going.
