Shivers which lead to high fever
Since 3 days, my body, from a normal body temparature under usual room temperature, shivers commence at a very low rate. If not given proper attention, it intensifies to an extent of visible body vibrations. Simultaneously, cold kicks in and fever rises. It only relaxes post consumption of a paracetamol. Why? Also, post the tablet, the body sweats like never before continuously for an hour from each corner and then back to normal. Same is repeated after 7-8 hours. Kindly recommend what needs to be done to cure this condition.

A proper discussion needs to be done regarding the pattern of your fever following which investigations may or may not be suggested so that the pathology behind it can be ascertained. Consult with proper history and symptoms as chills can have a number of reasons. Consult at your convenience.
