Upper sternum pain
Hi, Sometimes i get upper sternum pain means pain in area in upper center of chest where bone is there. In that area I get pain. Its not always. Do I need to worry? I got chest xray, ecg and 2d echo done and all are normal. I feel this pain is sometimes when i walk more and tired. Any suggestions. Thanks

If all your reports are normal, it is more likely to be Myalgia Chest from Costo Chondral junctions. If you are a thin built, non exercising person then slightest stretch of chest muscles on lifting a weight or forceful bendingmay cause such pain which disappears automatically after some time. Still to be sure follow up and show yourself to a qualified physician whenever you have it again. Examination in real time may help in pin pointing the cause.

This may be due to gastritis which may or may not be causing reflux esophagitis. It can be managed with few medications. Discuss for proper management of your symptoms.
