Health Tips
Avoid working for long hours while sitting or avoid bending forward
Avoid neck bending and turning, use thin and hard, head pillow for sleeping. Keep your work at such level that you do not have to bend or stretch neck unduly.
For pain you can take tab paracetamol 500mg one every 8hours for 3 to 4 days.
Get serum calcium, vit. D3 and b12 tested, if deficit exists, take supplements.
You need cervical collar of proper size made specially for spondylitis .
If you have already been to ortho yet there is pain I would suggest physiotherapy better than going for surgeon/surgery right now. just try physiotherapy it may give you long term relief.

Given the normal ECG and typical musculoskeletal distribution of symptoms, especially radiating pain to legs and upper body, the current complaints likely represent neuropathic pain secondary to cervical spondylosis. Myocardial ischemia is less likely with a normal ECG and atypical presentation, but assessment must always rule out other causes in persistent cases
Next Steps
Neurology or orthopedic review for detailed assessment of cervical spine, considering MRI if not already done.
Physical therapy: Neck and upper back physiotherapy, posture correction, and ergonomic advice.
Pain management: NSAIDs, neuropathic pain agents (e.g., pregabalin, gabapentin) under guidance.
Red flags for immediate cardiac or neurological evaluation: Presence of severe chest pain, breathlessness, weakness, or neurological deficits.
Health Tips
Avoid heavy lifting and sudden neck movements to prevent exacerbation.
Persistent or worsening chest pain, new neurological symptoms, or leg weakness should prompt urgent hospital evaluation.
Regular follow-up to monitor symptoms and response to therapy is recommended
