I m having consistent high wbc and stomach pain abdominal pain from a month.before treatment wbc were 19600.after 10 days treatment of meropenum it comes at 12600.now again after a week of disscontinue treatment stomach pain and low grade fever which never go above 98.6.but i feel feverish.and bowl.movement increased 6 times a day.hard stool. Crp.0.3 chest xray ok Uktra sound ok what could be the reason only day time lethargy night time all ok.

My lymphocyte percentage is 50. Please find attached my blood test report. What does this indicate? Please tell me what should I do next?
