Acyclovir is given in a much higher dose. In any case you have already taken the medicine for 10 days. So nothing can be done. For fresh rashes you should use Calamine lotion or Zincoderm ointment.

Acyclovir dose isn't 400mg once daily, Chicken pox completes it's course and then subside despite taking medication. But you need to take it in proper dose to prevent complications. Consult

Chickenpox comes in crops so you are ought to get a few new vesicles till it leaves you. Now its almost due for scab formation and wear off. Don't worry. If there is itching, take precaution not to scratch roughly to injure the pustules else it may leave scars. Scabs will leave now in next 5-6 days.

I completely understand your concern. To diagnose your problem completely, I would need more information as well as some general tests and a primary family history. Your routine and other habits will also need to be known, so for the treatment of this problem, once consultation can be done through phone or video call, it is better.
