Chicken Pox
Hi,
I am having these rashes on the face, neck, front body, back, hands from yesterday and now it has started with legs. it is in the early and in the head.. Not able to sleep well. Having itching and burning sensation followed by fever ,severe headache and stiff neck.. Kindly advise if this is chicken pox ? I shall be visiting/ consulting OL a doctor tomorrow.. Also having stiff neck and severe pain in neck and body...
. also pls suggest do's and donts..

Looks like chicken pox.
Stay isolated. Take tab acyclovir 400mg one every morning, afternoon and evening for 5 days.
Tab cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 7 days.
Tab monteleukast 10mg one daily for 7 days.
Apply calamine lotion over body.
Avoid scratching with nails.
Drink adequate water

Detailed examination is needed. Stiff neck is concerning with headache. In case of vomiting, go to hospital immediately. Also. My honest opinion would be get an off line consultation with an expert nearby.

It could be chicken pox rashes ,or allergies.Chicken pox rashes appears as any other rash initially,after 24 hours turn into fluid filled blisters.
