1)Strict Isolation
2)Adequate hydration and Nutrition
3)Antiviral drug(Acyclovir or Valacyclovir)
Above measures are necessary for complete recovery from Chickenpox.
But if there is any doubt in diagnosis then go to dermatologist.
Since you have already consulted a doctor, please take prescribed medications including full course of antivirals and ensure strict isolation precautions at home, especially contact precautions.
Adequate rest and good hydration is also important.
Isolation ideally lasts for 10-14 days

Tan Ranitidine 150 mg 1-0-1 30 mins before food

Hydrate orally
For reducing severity you can take

Avoid scratching.

Hello, if you’ve already consulted a physician please start the medicines advised. Please make sure it has valcylovir or acylovir advised. Keep yourself isolated from others especially children and elderly. Have plenty of oral fluids and a healthy diet.
You can take either acyclovir or famcyclovir within 48 hours,to prevent the severity of the disease.Follow the isolation precautions, take bed rest, drink an adequate amount of water
If it is chicken pox, it will take a week or 10 days to subside.
Acyclovir if started within 24 to 72 hours is useful in preventing severity, it can be taken 400mg 3 times a day for 7 days.
Take tab cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 7 days.
Apply zinc calamine lotion locally over body to reduce itchiness, avoid direct scratching by nails.
The appearance of new spots over the chest, back, neck, and face in someone who never had chickenpox strongly suggests early chickenpox, even if fever is mild or absent initially. Early stages can start with just a rash before typical blisters and fever develop, and prompt care can reduce how severe it becomes.
Next Steps
You should start antiviral treatment like acyclovir within the first 24–48 hours of rash onset if prescribed by your doctor, as this significantly reduces complications and scarring. Keep yourself well hydrated, take paracetamol for body pains if needed, and avoid scratching or bursting the spots. If you develop high fever, breathing difficulty, or rapidly spreading painful rash, you should seek hospital care immediately.
Health Tips
Do not take aspirin or ibuprofen during chickenpox as they can cause serious complications. Keep your nails trimmed and use calamine lotion or antihistamines if itching becomes troublesome. Stay isolated until all lesions crust over to avoid spreading infection to others, especially pregnant women and immunocompromised people.
Nothing to worry, you can just follow conservative supportive management.

Early chickenpox can start without fever and the spots may initially be skin-colored, mild, or not red, especially in adults.
If this is caught very early, the severity can be reduced. Adults tend to get more severe disease than children, so early care is important.
Next Steps
• Ask your doctor about starting antiviral treatment immediately
• Avoid scratching (prevents scars and infection)
• Keep nails short
• Isolate yourself to avoid spreading (it’s highly contagious)
Health Tips
• Use calamine lotion for itching
• Lukewarm baths (no hot water)
• Wear loose cotton clothes
• Avoid aspirin and ibuprofen
• Paracetamol only if pain or fever develops
• Drink plenty of fluids
⚠️ Seek urgent care if
• High fever, breathlessness
• Severe headache, vomiting
• Rapid spread of rash or pus-filled lesions
❌ Don’t burst blisters
❌ Avoid touching face
❌ Maintain hygiene
❌ Isolate till all lesions crust
And also cut your nails
And look for danger signs
High fever
Breathlessness
Confusion
Pus from lesions
Severe headache
Chickenpox in adults can sometimes be more severe than in children, so early care is important. Since your rash has just started, starting an antiviral medicine (like acyclovir or valacyclovir) within 24–72 hours of the appearance of spots can significantly reduce severity, duration, and complications.
Meanwhile, take adequate rest, good hydration, and a nutritious diet.
Use calamine lotion or antihistamines if itching occurs, and keep your nails short to avoid scratching and secondary infection.
Bathe with lukewarm water and keep the skin clean and dry.
Health Tips
Avoid contact with other people and children because chickenpox is contagious... Wash your cloths separately.
