You may apply coconut oil if the skin is dry, never touch the scab as if they get infected will leave a scar.

Let it come off by itself. If you try to peel id off you might get scars. It will eventually fall down and you won’t transmit the illness too

Don't bother.The scabs fall by themselves slowly. All the scabs won't fall at the same time.
Precaution is that the scabs may be infective hence be care full that it does not spread to others
