Suffering from left side chest pain for about 10 days . Also at times it  radiates to shoulder ,pain is somewhat a  dull ache occuring through out the day,also did an ECG a month ago due to breathing issue ,ECG reports normal ..what to do?

Will sudden stopping of beta blockers cause any damage to my heart? Should I consult a doctor before doing such?

I have antral gastritis due to h pylori, already taken treatment and also 6-7 months back detected a 2.9mm gb polyp, yet to redo the ultrasound. I lost around 4-5 kgs since last year, due to undiagnosed h pylori for 6-7 months. So I wanted to know will it be safe to consume mass gainers? Idk I eat healthy food and I eat whatever I used to eat before, still I don't gain weight. So was thinking to use gainers, please advise.

I am doing diet because of more LDL -120 and low hdl 38. And trigleseryeds 169...doing two hours walking after dinner. Age 37 Height 6feet Weeight 80kgs-reduced from 86. Morning tiffin After noon rice Night chapathi -4. Daily 7000 steps walking after dinner. This is am doing last three months. Since last one week I am feeling too weak. Left shoulder blade pain. Sleepless. Back part pain. Feeling some nervous pain In hands legs and buttocks. By the too much walking daily my ankle and foot are very much pain. Kindly guide me.
