Hey, I've swelling and pain at lower left back as shown in picture. It's been one month swelling and pain has been reduced but still present. I don't remember any injury but whenever I press at middle center of swelling it feels like I've been hit at this area. But swelling is painless. What could be the cause? please help

I got my FNAC done for a painless movable lump in my neck. The report says "Smears show mature & reactive lymphocytes along with lympho-histiocytic cell clusters. No granuloma is seen. Impression: cytological findings are suggestive of reactive lymphadenitis. Correlation with clinical findings and other investigative findings. Could you please explain me the meaning of above?
