I recently took my mother for full body checkup and the report showed that she had very low Vitamin D and Vitamin B12. She's a vegetarian and won't include any meat in her diet,Will it be okay to buy supplements for Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 from market to treat that deficiency?

I had a burger one day from that day I started vomiting and later on from the 2nd day started motions I even used eldopa still same it's like almost 5 days and need a solution for it m not even having food .

I was previously vaccinated with 4 dose intradermal anti rabies vaccine Day 0 3 7 28 Last Dose on 15th February 2022 but due to recent dog nail scratch no wound i am taking 3 dose of intradermal anti rabies vaccine 0 7 28 i took 2nd ( Day 7) rabies vaccine yesterday on 3rd April  and my Last 3rd Vaccine is due on 24th April 2022 but today on 4th April a street dog scratch me with nails with minor drop like blood comes out no wound just skin redness so what should i do now should i have to Re-start vaccination or i have to take extra dose of anti Rabies vaccine ?

I am feeling really very weak ,no strength...I am eating well and exercising daily ...I had diarrhoea from few days and now I am taking ofloxin oz and econorm from 5 days ..my stomach is okay now but I am feeling extremely weak

I am having a High Blood Pressure-150/80 i.e. >140 since last 1 year. I'll attribute this to be due to Obesity, Sedentary life style since I hardly walk 3000 steps in a day. Moreover being a Medico I'm always Stressed. Can you please suggest me some tips to reduce my Blood Pressure without medications. Thank you.

If my ESR rate blood test came out 26mm/hr. Is there something to be worried about ? Does this indicate any serious issue ?

28f...since 20 days feeling feverish but normal temp used paracetomol for 15 days used antibiotic for 7 days ... Symptoms-Head heaviness ,numbness ,eye pain ,little body ache,different taste ,feeling feverish but temp is 98.6 Tablets used-paracetomol,antibiotic, Tablets using-nasal spray ,cetrizine.. Tests-CBP normal CRP -9.9 Visited ENT wax was there it was removed thought the pain is due to wax but nothing changed after removing wax also.. What may be the reason Plz help Is it normal ... Ent doc told it must be allergy He asked to get head xray (should I get it done in past I already had 3 chest X-rays as a medical process for entering other country 3 head ct scans unecessarily (2017&2018)not advised by doc 1 hrct to clear out covid but no covid(2020) Left hand xray for injury(2021 nov) 1 throat X-ray unecessary (not advised by doc) So iam worried if at all I will be at risk due to X-rays .Should I go through X-ray or not plz help ...not at all feeling well.

Hello Doctor My friend fall down suddenly while moving on road. He feel pressure on cheast full black infront of eyes and difficult in breath but after couple of min he is fine. He is taking bp tablet as well. Please suggest it need to worry? Since he is taking casually. And please tell which department need to consult as well. Thanks in advance
