Norflox does not come in 40 mg strength, it must be 400 mg. Your feeling of fatigue is not related to medicines but to your illness. You should be more elaborate on your symtoms like presence or absence of fever, intake of food and liquids, exertional activities if any then only something meaningful can be advised.
