Severe fatigue after nightfall

I have masturbation problem for the past 10 years. now i suffering from nocturnal emission,fatigue, tremor in hand and leg, body pain, confusion, depression. this condition occurs after nocturnal emission. it continues at least one weak .i tried to attempt suicide. plz help me.
