To replenish fluids and electrolytes after a workout, consume a hydrating diet rich in coconut water, bananas, avocados, nuts, and seeds, as well as electrolyte-rich beverages like sports drinks, fruit juices, and herbal teas, and incorporate water-rich foods like watermelon, cucumbers, and celery.
