I recently got tested full body.Lymphocytes count was very high and deficiency in Vit D.

Your blood test indicates there's bit of deranged lipids level.But it's not high just above normal range and triglycerides too.
With simple diet and exercise for few months you can manage it.
There's no need for medications at this point
As far as lymphocytes,no need to worry
Perhaps you had some infection at the time of blood investigation,
