Flu

I have been treated for h pylori recently. Due to it being symptomatic. I am avoiding all junk and oily food, eating homemade healthy food only. Yesterday i went for a farewell party, there too I didn't eat anything, but there was loud music, so while talking with friends, when they talked a tiny bit of spit felt on my lip area, once ore twice, not much but yes a little. I am scared if in case they have hp I will get hp again :(. So is there a high chance or very low chance for this :(

Hello I got tetanus injection on 25th October 2021 due to injury, I got injured again today 3rd April from my trimmer  and have scratches on my  chin with little blood , do I need a tetanus injection again?

I always feel like having fatigue, light head. Pain in wrist, bone , knee. Could anyone give reason?

Government ANM check my Blood pressure weekly from few weeks my blood pressure is high she told to take an ecg so i taken ecg today morning please what is everything correct in ecg report.

If the medicine is mixed with water, then it affects the body more... ... ... ...Is this method ok?.

I am suggested by my doctor to take Vitamin D SoftGel. Please tell me how to take it with water/milk/buttermilk?
