Are detoxification tablets useful to take?Will it cause any harm to my health and also what is the best time to consume the tablets?

I have cough since 2 months continuously coming in mouth. with gap of a week suddenly I start coughing for few hours. feeling wheezing sound and chest pain. Also burp coming, needle burning pain in lower left abdominal, 2week ago little blood in stool once. can't hold urin for more time. feels pain

Hi I always feel lack of energy. Despite sleeping for 8 hours I always feel tired and sleepy. Not being able to do anything. I feel weak every time. After I wake up I feel tired and feel like there's no energy left in my body. Everyday I experience burning sensation while urinating in the morning. What should I do? Kindly suggest me some vitamin supplements.

Yesterday my wife undergoes lap cholecystectomy and doctor has given me the gb sample in a small container and told me verbally to have a biopsy of these gallbladder.. Now he is out of station, and the laboratory needs something writeen in prescription that tells me to do biopsy, so pls help me with what is written in the prescription for gall bladder biopsy

I am 37 yrs old male. I got uric acid as 5.9 in my recent blood test report. As per acceptable range it is still not that high but wanted suggestions from experts if it needs to be controlled. For last 3-4 months I am getting severe pain in my joints. Could this be the reason. I am planning to take some more tests soon but still need some option on my uric acid from you guys. TIA.
