Good Evening Doctors, From the last 2 days my mother is having sleepy feeling and weakness also. Not that weak, but nowadays she is having a good sleep for 6-7 hours. Then also she is feeling tired and sleepy. She never had any bp or sugar problem till now. This issue started from the last 2-3 days. No fever, no cough, no breathing issue. Fully vaccinatef for covid 19. She is 50 years old.

Is attached report normal? Is rbc nil/hpf in report normal?

Dear doctor,                    Iam suffering from cough at night, only if I try to sleep, since 2weeks. 1 or 2 days in the middle I slept without cough. Cough syrup, honey and big pillows are useless ideas for me. Only sitting in chair for 45mins is helpful. Please suggest a medicine and let me know if it's a serious issue. My father has been advised cifran 500 mg for 10 days twice daily as he is suffering from urine infection along with prostrate problem. He has been experiencing faint stomach ache everytime he has it..what to do kindly advise .. I read over the net stomach ache is one of the side effects of cifran 500. What can be done as he feels discomfort while sleeping due to stomach ache.

Hello doctor , i was riding a cycle yesterday , and two stray dogs chased me alongewith barking upon me, now my concern is that , while I was riding my face was approx at the level of cycle handle, and with the dogs on my side , i saw them running towarsa ne that means my fave was also facing them while being at kower height than usual , Now my mind is making me think again and again that some saliva droplets from the dog might have entered into my mouth , due to short distance btw us I am anxious 😭 Please HELP what to do here ,
