I have common cold and fever today morning I eat mincold and cefkem 200 but mincold not impact in my runny nose.. Can i take another medicine like mancold at night with cefkem 200 ?? Is dangerous 2 type of medicine 2 times a day...is it impact my health

Cefixime won't work in common cold or flu. Better to manage it with dolo 650 SOS and a cough syrup. Also, please take prescribed medicines. Self medication will do more harm than good. Consult at your convenience.
