My friend had fever on monday(6th june 2022) he took paracetamol and next morning he was fine. But today again he is suffering from fever. Please suggest what medicine he should take and why is he haiving fever again and again?

If I pour water water on my head with a mug standing during taking bath and water falls through nose and mouth then I feel suffocated like short of breathing .
