Hi, Platalet count 104 thou/mm3 how much severe? My father is 71 years old. Not suffering from any symptoms. Platalet count test was in package for a test. Please suggest.

9 days ago I took a joint (Marijuana + Cigarette). I am not a regular user. Day 1 -  I felt like I was not in this world and this world is not real. I found its called derealization. I got a serious anxiety attack, and I asked my friends to take me to Hospital Day 2 - Still I was not feeling reality, and world seems to be an illusion or dream Day 3, 4 - I felt the same but less intense On all above days I was just drinking water and moving continuously. I was able to talk to everyone and do all activities except attending calls and anything that requires imagination Also I was in constant fear whether I would be normal again or not Day 5,6 - I was in same constant fear and every now and then I was doubting the reality I had one more panic attack and derealization episode Day 7,8 - I started swimming and going out more, so that I can feel normal. It worked but only for few moments Day 9 - From last 3 days I am feeling more depressed, and loss of interest in living.

Swelling on back like a mosquito bite from 2 weeks suggest remedy for that having itching as well not doing any medications currently

Doctor i am previously vaccinated with 4 dose intradermal anti rabies vaccine Day 0 3 7 28 and now due to recent dog nail scratch i am taking 2 booster dose Day 0 and Day 3 i took 1st booster dose Day 0 and 2nd Day 3 Last rabies vaccine booster dose is due but again a street dog scratch me with nails with minor little bit blood comes out no wound so should i have to Re-start vaccination or i have to take extra dose of Arv ?

Hi doctor My husband had severe headache yesterday and he had giddiness and blurriness for a brief period. After some time of rest he felt better... But is complaining of tiredness... A local doctor asked to take paracetamol but suspected it may be migraine. He also advised not to take migraine tablets unless it gets worse. When should I consider migraine seriously and what will happen if i don't take tablets now. Please advise

I hv animea hb-10.7 , b 12-115 , for b 12 i take 5  inj s alternate days .... now tab nervemax and tab hb29 is going on. After 1month i repeat cbc test..in this time hb is 10.3 and rbc 3.60. Im still feeling week .why medicine is not working.
