My blood reports shows 13%hb. Is it normal. From past one month I am experiencing dull pains in legs.

Hi, I am getting cold once a week, After taking Cetirzine tablet it will give relief with in 2 to 3 hours but again I will get cold after 4 to 6 days. Doctor my anti Rabies vaccination schedule along with tetanus injection was Day 0 3 7 28 intradermal 4 dose and i took my Last 4th Day 28 anti Rabies vaccine on 15th February 2022 but today on 22nd March 2022 a street dog scratch me with nails with minor little bit blood comes out no wound so should i have to take booster dose Day 0 and Day 3 ?
