Flu

Since last year  my blood pressure has elevated suddenly, before that I used have a normal to low blood pressure! Recently in the past 7-8 months I have a sudden gain in body weight around 8 kgs for no reason because I maintain a very healthy food habits as well a disciplined one! For the above mentioned concerned I did few medical tests like cbc,lipid profile,LFT etc and found that my LDL and cholesterol levels are borderline high! What should I do please help! My today's blood pressure levels are137 /90.

From the last 3 days i have runny nose with sneezing also my eyes are itching and redness. This happens once in year , can you please help me to resolve this

I am suggested to take Vitamin D3 60 k once a week for 12 weeks by my doctor, but the name of the capsule is not mentioned. Please suggest which capsule I can take?

I feed 4 stray dogs near my house , and while I  was doing so yesterday , I felt(not sure ) that saliva droplet from one of the dog may have gone into my mouth , now if its true or not , what to do , I am really anxious !!!

I'm having left arm from the  past 10 days especially in the morning. Sometimes it is dull n weak. Can anxiety causes left arm pain? Who do I need to consult? Even after taking pain killer arm pain isn't reducing.

Actually i got c sec before 4 months i had digestion issues after dat lost 15 kgs in 4 months i checked my CRP it's 12 did colonoscopy it's eveythng normal doctor said CRP not increased due to this i have burning in my knees and elbows like burning sensation and i have burning sensation at my surgical site and above also it's decreasing from first to now but why i have burning like this i hv joints burning from 2 yrs is it RA all this problems cane after c sec of 1st baby facing severe hairfall it's frustrating n becoming thin feeling depressed why my CRP high due to inflammation at surgical site ( did ultrasound iys came inflammation at surgical site like linear guild echoes in uterus ) just confused whats happening to me

Sir i have piles in 4 th degree. and how can i ris it naturally or by medicine i don't want to do surgery. am too shy to speak with my parents can you please guide me

Does thyroid causes dry caugh..i am having dry caugh from past 3 minth on and off..my tsh is 5.6 ..Thanks in advance
