Hi doctor my 5 years old kid played in water..after 2 days he got little sick...low grade fever with coughing...which was for 3 days now today he is getting high fever 102-103 at every 3-4 hours...we are worried what to do...antibiotic also 6 doses done...but still problem of fever is not resolving...pls help.. Coughing is better by nebulization of levolin we are not giving budecort as of now..

Hi my, direct billirubin is high 0.41 (lab ref 0 -0.20) , total billirubin is 1.34 (lab range 0-1.2) and in LFT others all parameters are normal. And in CBC my PDW is slightly high 25.3 (lab reference 8.3-25). PCT is low 0.1 (lab reference 0.17-0.32) and RDW is 44 (lab reference 35.1-43.9) . And my other parameters are in the range values. CBC, Iron studies, KFT, ESR, and urine test all are in range. So please tell me how serious it is. Symptoms - gas problem.

I wake up at night to Urinate, apx 4AM. Does it affect DA? I read DA recharge at night, does my waking up affect it?
