U can take together, but i need to rule out first whether it is infective or non infective diarrhoea or some viral infection or some other disease

It is not recommended to directly take antibiotics for diarrhoea. They are indicated for infective causes only. I would suggest you to take plenty of fluids and ors. Consultant for further assistance.

if u r having loose motion then u have to stop taking some medication related to bone issue....for that please tell your medication and diagnosis
