Can I take dispirin for headache or napra D for migrain after having L arginine 500mg? I tool L arginine at 3pm and now feeling headache

I had a fungal infection and currently taking Flucanazole 2 week course. My vitamin B12 is 100 (Range 180 to 900). Can i take vitamin B12 supplent tablet along with Flucanazole? Or should i wait? Which tablet to take for Vit B12?

Sir I have very little pain in left side of chest it keeps only 1 or 2 second from 2 days so that I go for ECG test the findings are Vent rate 63 BPM QRS duration 62 ms QT/QTC 394/403 PR 112 ms P DURATION 40 MS RR interval 952 ms PRT axes 68 50 29 result is Normal sinus rhythm, junctional ST depression , probably normal borderline ECG. So sir please advise me is any issues...
