Hi, today morning i noticed bright yellow (fluorescent) watery stool and some hard stool along with that. M little concerned

I am a thyroid patient(hypo) n under medication(100 MG thyronorm) from last 5 years n regularly ll check my thyroid level for 3 months/6 months n within normal range only.But still I face breathing problem specially morning after waking up.not possible to do kitchen n normal home work due to breathing.i feel that I am not getting enough oxygen n that makes me more anxious n get feeling like in room/home also shortness of breath.if I go out den feel comfortable after some time.is it because of thyroid/stress causing this feeling of breathlessness.pls advice.how to get rid of this breathing problem

My lab reports shows vitamin b12 as 294 pg/ml and vitamin d as 25.64 ng/ml, serum calcium 8.1 mg /dl and serum uric acid as 7 mg/dl. From past one month I am experiencing pains and muscle spasms in my legs and sometimes in back and hands.

Namaste!! Sir / ma'am Im diagnosed with allergy rhinitis on 19 Nov. I'm taking antihistamine (Bilkro m) and nezpray F daily till now. My sneezing and running nose is completely ok. But other symptoms eg. 1.regularly headache  , eye orbit pain 2. Mild ear pain 3. Ear whistling 4. One blocked nostril Sir, Im totally confused. Which kind of problem it is? Whether it is migraine or sinusitis? No doctor understand my problem , all they prescribe same medicine from different different companies. I'm not able to focus on my study ( few months after my 3rd attempt NEET exam is there). Sir plz help me 🙏
