Dear sir, I'm senthil,40 years old.recently i have the dizziness and lightheadness problems for few months.but sofar i never fainted. But feels like that.i have no head ache and neck ache. And my sugar level is bit high.in fasting 148,and after food 235.and I'm taking medicines for the few days.but this problem occurs.if i do execrcise ,my dizziness is more. Also i have the gastric problem.gas trap occurs on chest often.and doctors prescribed pantaprozole for that.i have bowel movement problem too.such as diaria and constipation. Kindly suggest me what are the tests that i need to take and which specialist should i look for
