I have pain and some swelling in my left leg calf ... I don't have pain in my leg when I walk or lye but when I sit I feel pain in my leg so much pain and swelling in calf area swelling becomes hard when i stand up and becomes soft when I lye down What it can be

I am very anxious about a black spot on toe. * Played regular football, and there are striking of other player leg in my toe /or ball strike in my toe.thats happened many times during palying .....
