Temple swelling it looks like a small lump ..It comes and goes ..noticing from past four months..I'm having left temple pain and left side headache....I checked my symptoms on google it showed temporal arteritis.. .my age is 35 can I get temporal arteritis at my age? Please see photo

The symptoms i get after medicines are: Weight loss, stomach burning(gastritis in antrum) and mushy stool. On my left thigh on side it feels like it's been frozen with lidocaine but it also has hypersensitivity. I get extremely painful burning feeling with a horrible sharp stabbing pain that's so bad it causes me to limp and when it's really acting up it stops me from being able to walk. I seen one doctor and I was told that it could possibly be a pinched nerve but that was a little over a year ago and it just continues to get worse. And when I do try to see a doctor I just get something for pain and the doctor tells me it will go away. I would love to get this figured out so I can go back to a normal life without worrying if I'm going to be able to walk normal or even at all everyday. Please help me figure this out so I can be pain free please help me with the pain.
