Hello sir/madam My uncle is having low platlets 77000 only cold and cough. No typhoid and infection. With carypill, sinarest TID, moontair l ODtable doctor prescribrd moxikind cv BID. His wbc is normal hb normal. But why antibiotic if no infection.??

Actually doctor treat patient not report , ur doctor might have found smthng on examination thats why he had prescribed antibiotic and platelet can be low because of clumping of platelets .
