Should I take Septran-CV 625
I recently started feeling the symptoms of common cold along with a runny nose, mild cough and mild headache and I went to a pharmacy to get some medicine for this , he gave me two medicines one of them was a antibiotics named Septran-CV 625 (Amoxicillin 500 mg + Clavulanic Acid 125 mg) and the other ones name is Cheston Cold Tablet.. So should I take this or not ?

You should not start antibiotic directly. Try taking Tab. Cheston cold twice daily for 5 days. You can inform me if it works. Otherwise we’ll plan further work up.
