Dont worry. Platelets may drop during dengue after  fever subsides in 4-5 days. Upto 20,000 count there would be no problem. If u are hospitalised, not to worry. Inform your doctor about any abnormal bleeding

In dengue, platelets drop for 7-10 days. Just be patient and trust your treating doctor. It will rise slowly.

Platelet can drop further. Sometimes it can drop rapidly. But don't you worry. If you are hospitalized, you should be under monitoring. Up to 10K platelet count platelet transfusion won't be needed. Just inform the treating doctor if you having blood in urine, stool, mouth.
