For mouth ulcer problem I'm taking Becosules (B-Complex) and Folic acid tablet. Is it ok to take this medicine twice a day? Or the dose should take once a day only?

Hello, i have a peculiar issue. Feel like imbalance with heavyness on forehead with a feel of fall down. Everyday i experience this morning three hrs from 9 to 12 noon. Later I feel very much normal. Again I have the similar issue in the evening by 6pm until i take dinner. Checked with neuro and ent. But no luck in recovery Please help on this issue.

5 months back I had fever for 14 days continuously around 100-102 degrees. Got checked Dengue, covid and Widal test as negative. Changed 2-3 doctors and all gave me Dolo 650 type of medicine which ultimately cured my fever. Now coming to main problem, immediately after fever I got severe joints pain in all my body joints like knees, ankles, elbows, foot sole, all hand fingers. I do not have any history of such joints pains. Visited a couple of Orthos, they gave me pain killers which reduce the pain whenever I take them but pain comes back the moment I stop taking those painkillers. Please suggest what could be the issue behind this pain and which specialist I should visit to get rid of this joints pain. TIA.

Hello Does myocardial ischemia go away after opening the plaque? Or does it cause irreversible injury to the heart?

There are lots of symptoms, It has been 1-2 years maybe more but i never payed much attention, I feel loss of motivation, i feel fatigue everytime i have difficulty remembering things, it is so bad if i don't write it i forget it, i am gaining too much weight even tho i am in calorie deficit diet. I cannot focus on any, earlier i use to think it is maybe because i am lazy but now i realised this is something very different. I cannot focus on anything for more than 5-10 mins, I have no motivation for anything i did blood work most of the things were high, recently i had done thyroid and testosterone test both were normal. Testosterone was 800. I've recently noticed hair thining aswell. there are more symptoms but i cannot remember.

Hey Doc. I do gym regularly and using isolated protien and pre workout along with omega 3 capsule 1000mg once a day. I'm seeing white spots on two of my nails, so should i use any multivitamins or can you recommend me any?
