Mild hydronephrosis
I have localized mild dilated renal pelvis after injury in left kidney, My Question is can it cause kidney damage and if yes, in how many months or years, I have this since nov 2020.

It is possible that the damage i reality is to the proxmal ureter and not exactly the kidney. As the hydronephrosis is reportedly mild, the obstruction should also be minimal but that is purey conjecture. You should come up with your latest ultrasound report and if needed a contrast pyelogram. Then only some meaningful opinion can be delivered.

Please share the report of your Ultrasound which has diagnosed a  "mild dilated renal pelvis". I would like to see where exactly is the obstruction which has led to the dilatation of renal pelvis. Then we can make an assessment and answer your question.
