Hydronephrosis
I got mild hydronephrosis with 4mm kidney stone in left kidney! I want to know , when hydronephrosis will go away ? after passing this small stone then it will go, or even with this small stone hydronephrosis will go away ,reply here🥺🥺

Once stone passes out it'll take 2-3 days for hydronephrosis to go off .. drink lot of water .. tender coconut water ..make sure kidney function is normal ... u have to analyse why ur making stones ..connect so that I'll guide u accordingly

4 mm stone doesn't cause hydronephrosis. In any case a diagnosis of mild hydronephrosis is a subjective opinion. I suggest you get another Sonography done and measure the size of your kidney with the standard size of the kidney of a person with similar age and weight.
