I have high hemoglobin, RBCs, WBCs. Is this something very serious that i need to worry. And i was considering taking multivitamin suppliment. The contents of it, i have please let me know if this is the right thing for me Also please find the attached blood report.

Your high Haemoglobin is due to the high RBC count.
Your other parameters like MCV, MCH and MCHC are all normal.
You should consult with a Haematologist preferably in a Medical College where they may consider doing bone marrow biopsy.
But all this should be considered after one month.
Please get another CBC done from a different Laboratory.
